YES!!!!Bye bye second year, Hello 3rd Year!

These are my subjects during this semester.

Anatomy

This is a new a book. I bought it 3 days before the exam because the one that i borrowed from my classmate was stolen..grrrr.emoticon…Now I know a lot about human body and how it works, from posterior to anterior, superior to inferior, from skeletal system to integumentary system to muscular system to nervous system… down to reproductive system…

Biochemistry,

i have no book for this subject. For research, quizzes and assignments I go to the library.

Quality Control,

I find this subject very hard. It deals with computations and analysis.

Interpersonal SKills

It’s an easy subject. Mostly we are given cases(patient-pharmacy care) and we’re gonna solve it by giving advices & stuffs like that.

  Sociology

My only minor subject but the toughest/strict teacher i have.

……

I still have special exam in Anatomy this March 18 because I was late during the exam last Friday…huhu …

Philosophy of Man-sharing

In our Philo2 class this morning, we had our sharing.

I heard my classmates stories and some are touching and it made me cry. Our professor told us that we should share what we like and dislike about ourself (it’s really hard, thinking what’s the best part & worst part of yourself)  and then trace back why we act like that.(grabe confidential kaau).

Luckily I wasn’t able to share my story but I thought I’m save but for us who have not shared yet  we are given one hour to share our experiences..(whew!,mas grabe pa diay). I don’t know how I’m going to tell them what I like and dislike about myself. But because half of the class already told us their life stories, even it’s hard for them to tell it, I think to be fair I should also share my own experiences. I hope I will not get too emotional..emoticon

Goodnight folks!!!PPB na…

March 15,

first day of the final exam

Physics, Pharmaceutical Calculation, Statistics and Health Economics are my exams today.  Im just so happy that I already finish that subject especially Physics, and Im sure I pass it but not with flying colors of course (nosebleed baya na). I still have 2 more minor exams left and a continuation of my Statistics exam because I have a tight exam schedule and I just answer the first part of it within 30 minutes..So  the second part of my Statistics exam will be on Wednesday and I hope my teacher will not change the items..hehehehe.

After the exam I treat myself by having a mall strolling with my friend.. Fortunately there was Kapamilya caravan, an event for the celebration of the Araw ng Davao and we saw Geoff Eigenman and the Kitty Girls (i dont know why they name their group like that) but they are sexy, really hot bodiesemoticon…(hahahhaha)

….goodnight!!!

P. E Night!!

March 1 is the date! First day for the month of March. ASide from the season of the end of school, we start the month by celebrating our yearly P.E night. P.E night doesn’t necessarily mean we play games, or practice our basic gymnastic moves and groove for waltz dance steps. It is a night for socializing and sort of practicing proper etiquette. It was held in Davao Convention. 5:30 is the time arrival and that begins our party.

As I am going to describe it, it was a night of glamorous people. Gone are the pink skirts, white blouses and polo’s, it was change with fine and elegant dresses and tuxedos. I could hardly recognize my classmates.(char lang gud).,The food?uhm, for me it’s not that satisfying though it taste good. We had the search for the Star of the Night (tama bah?) and surprisingly the winner for Mrs. P.E night is the same winner last year. After the awarding is time to show off what we got in the dance floor. We dance and dance till we felt tired. Then the party stops..but wait , not for us, my friends decided to continue the rush we feel. We had uhm a little drinking session at Paseo de Roxas… Then that’s it. It was really a night to remember…

Today I really wanted to sleep and relax but I can’t, and i don’t know why.

Have a nice Sunday!(I forgot to attend mass, BAD)..

GRADES!!!!!!!!!(midterm)

OK! Our grades in midterm were already given to us. And I was a little disappointed with my grades. Almost half of my subject decreased from 2 points to 8 points and those subjects were the one I got  a line of  9 in the prelim and now it became line of  8+….(huhuhuhu)emoticonemoticon.I admit that during midterm I’m not concentrating seriously with my studies, I started not passing requirements, I always came late and sometimes I didn’t attend my class. Yes, I was lazy again, same habit during the first semester…

For this final I should really try my best to have the same grades that I have in prelim. Well, 2 weeks to go and final exam again. Hope I can do better..

February 21,

sharing my careless action

Have you tried going to school not brushing your teeth?

Have you tried wearing different colors/size of slippers?

Have you tried sitting on a wet chair?

Answer: I’ve done all of this.(TANGA)

I want to share some experience about me being careless sometimes.

Case 1:

Last week our exam papers for Physics was given back to us. I was hoping to get a satisfying score. And I was right, but then when I looked on the items I commited errors, I laughed. You know why? The question is what are the units of temperature? and it has three spaces. I was so sure that time that I wrote Celsius, Fahrenheit and Kelvin. But instead of Celsius i wrote Calvin. Come to think of it,  I lack concentration of things that is almost easy to answer.

Case 2:

In our quiz in philosophy last Wednesday. Our teacher wrote 5 sentences in the board in which we need to convert and obvert . I think it was in the number 2 sentence which  again I commit an error because I was heedless. The sentence goes like this " No plant is a living being". But in my paper I wrote "No planet is a living being". Without looking back on the board I immediately wrote its conversion and obversion. As I was answering it I can already sense that something is wrong with the statement like  "No living being is a planet" in conversion, and "No planet is not a non-living being"  in obversion, sounds awkward right?. BUt I never reviewed what I wrote and when our teacher said that time is over I passed it and we checked our papers. I noticed that the  one who checked my paper consult our teacher and suddenly our teacher laughed and in that time I really don’t know what’s behind his laughter. After that my classmate who checked my paper said that I only got 2 points instead of 4 in number 2  because I used a wrong term. Then that was the time I realized what an erronous sentence I wrote and it was basically an illogical statement..Again I laughed from my mistake…hahhahahaha

Case 3:

In our quiz in Theology same day Wednesday, I was careless again. It was a 10 points quiz and I was almost perfect if only I was attentive with what I did. It was in question number 9 that i commit mistake. The question was " What was the work of St. Thomas Aquinas that becomes famous because of the arguments for the existence of God?"…Again…(sigh) In my mind I know the answer is Summa Theologica but what I answered is Summa Scholastica…Scholastica????Where did I get that word..I even don’t know..GRRRRRR….I cursed that word Scholastica from that day, because of that I  did’nt have a chance to get a perfect score in that quiz …hehehhehe

What can I say???What’s my problem???

….All I can say is I’m a certified "TANGA"… diba?

Have a nice day..Godbless us all…election tomorrow..hahahha no choice..boto2x lng..

Pharmacy or I.T???

Ask me? my answer is i don’t know.

Until now, even I’m a Pharmacy student  I still have this confusion of what course fits me. I spend a year in I.T but I decided to shift. Reason? Because I got a line of 7+ though i passed but it frustrates me. Its my first time to get that kind of grade and I can’t accept it.So I decided to take another course though my action does not completely agrees with my decision. I already like my I.T classmates, my friends, almost everything but one problem that push me to shift is my major subject and that is  programming. I always think if the time comes and I apply and I pass my transcript of records having a grade of 7+..(ah!)…It’s disgusting.(yeah, tell me I’m a perfectionist but i’m not) I’m being practical. Who would hire you if you’re not that academically excellent?(yup sa diskarte lang na!!!)Im not an anti-I.T. actually I like it. I just wanted to share my experience after this big decision I made.

 I’ve realized many things.

First: You should really give time to decide what course you want to take especially when you are in high school where you have a long time to decide.Choose what field you excel, where you can practice your skills and choose a course that you really like.

Second: When you got to college engage in extra school activities. If you have talent, share it, God give you that to express your self in another way. But don’t ever forget your academic studies that’s your passport to success. Don’t let grades frustrate you, you can still  do better next time..(hahahha, igo man ko)

Third: If the time comes you wanted to shift. Think of it all over again, consider the following: time, money & effort are only wasted. (mao jud!!!!)

Fourth: After finally deciding to shift. Enroll to the course you really like and that you know you will be doing much better than before. (FINAL course na jud ha!!!)

Fifth: Consider the following adjustments: new and different classmates, different subject not related to your former subject , new teachers, different section..in short IRREGULAR.. I tell you its HARD!!!most of the time you are left with no one..(murag irong walay tag’iya)hahhahahah…true.

Sixth: Popular line  "what if…"

I love IT and Pharmacy…emoticon

News reporting..my choice

In our English subject today our teacher gave us another requirement. After the success of our Speech choir and finale song contest last Friday another thing we need to do is to have a news patrol just like TV patrol or Cnn. We choose what news we want to deliver and I choose the showbiz issue from UK.First thing in my mind is the character of Harry Potter since I am an avid fan of the movie and of course the book itself.

Daniel Radcliffe who plays the role of Harry Potter is my top pick. Daniel Radcliffe was born on July 23, 1989 so by now he is 18 years old, born in Queen Charlotte’s Hospital, West London, England, the only child of Alan Radcliffe, a literary agent, and Marcia Gresham a casting agent. He is an English actor and first expressed a desire to act at the age of five. In December 1999, he made his acting debut in the BBC’s televised two-part version of the Charles Dickens novel David Copperfield, portraying the title character as a young boy.Radcliffe was asked to audition for the role of Harry Potter in 2000 by producer David Heyman, while in attendance at a play named Stones in His Pockets in London. In August of that year, after several auditions, he was selected to play the role in the big-budget adaptation of the award-winning book series by J.K. Rowling.

Today Daniel Radcliffe is known not by his name but as Harry Potter himself. His acting career is consistently blooming and as a fan I’m really excited to see the next Harry Potter film entitled Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince which will be showing this November 2008. But I suggest that you should read first the book because you will understand the story better and you will be shocked by the many surprises as you read along the pages.

I think that’s all for today. Goodnight everyone..
